André Franco has over 30 years of experience in the agribusiness sector, with more than 15 years in “C-Level” positions serving as GM/CEO for 10 years. His career was developed in various agribusiness multinationals, such as Monsanto, Ceres Sementes, Trouw Nutrition, Nidera Sementes and Syngenta Seeds with multifunctional and diversified experience over sales, strategy, marketing, human resources, and general management. His career was marked by turnarounds, “startups” and “new ventures” being part of M&A activities from the buyer and seller perspective. With great knowledge on the Brazilian and Latin America Agribusiness, André has in-depth knowledge of crop protection, seeds (corn, soy, wheat, sunflower and pasture), bioenergy based on biomass, animal nutrition and cattle raising. He was a board of directors’ member of ABRASEM (Brazilian Seeds Association) and CropLife Brasil, in the latter, acting from its establishment to Chairman of the Board. Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from ESALQ-USP, holds Executive Development Program (EDP) from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Executive MBA obtained from Fundação Dom Cabral Foundation Brasil alongside with several other courses in Marketing and Leadership from renowned institutions such as Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Kellogg, INSEAD, TAI Institute, Egon Zendher & Mobius. André also acts as entrepreneur, angel investor, consultant and as a small farmer.

Lucas graduated among the top 10% of his class in Economics and Finance at Bentley University. Since then, he has received various recognitions and certifications, including passing the CFA LVL I exam. He began his career working at a derivatives-focused investment fund, later transitioning to a commercial bank, and then moving on to work at a real estate fund. Along his journey, he acquired numerous skills that effectively contribute to his recent career as an Investment Banker. Joining 44 Capital in 2021, he actively collaborates on our transactions.

Carolina joined 44 Capital in 2022. She holds a degree in Business Administration from ESPM Sul and has experience in the financial consulting area. She started her career working as an intern at Gama Investimentos, an M&A and debt restructuring boutique. Later, she worked in the Strategy and Transactions area at EY, where she was part of the valuation team, performing projects on fair value, purchase price allocation (PPA), modeling and debt.

Lucas joined 44 Capital in 2022 and holds a degree in Actuarial Sciences from FEA-USP. He began his career at the Itaú Unibanco Pension Fund, where he worked as an intern and later as an investment analyst.

Felipe joined 44 Capital in 2024 and holds a degree in Economics from Insper. He began his career at Patagon Partners, a boutique firm specialized in M&A where he worked as an intern. Later, he joined RGS Partners and worked as an investment banking analyst until 2024. Felipe has participated in a specialization program on Financial Modeling, Financial Statement Analysis, Valuation, and Advanced M&A and LBO Modeling completed in New York.

Victor holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and joined 44 Capital in 2023. He began his career as an intern at Banco Safra in the Equity Research division, subsequently working at Goldman Sachs, where he covered the transportation, infrastructure, and energy sectors. His most recent experience, prior to joining 44, was as an analyst at Ivory Capital, a boutique firm specializing in M&A

Pedro joined 44 Capital in 2024 and holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP. He began his career at Focal Capital, a boutique firm specialized in M&A where he worked as an intern and later as an investment banking analyst. Among his certifications he has passed the CFA LVL I exam.

Eliane is an Executive Assistant who graduated with a BA in Language and Literature and a post-graduation in Administration from FAAP. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial market as an Assistant. She worked at Citibank, GE, and Actis, always advising C-Level and Partners executives. She joined 44 Capital in 2022.
